We provide donation collection services for several national and local charities. Updated list is always on main page of this website.
Why don’t you accept appliances or furniture in need of repair?
We do not have anyone to repair them and they need to be in good condition to resell. Disposal costs for these items divert money away from our programs. We prefer you use common sense instead of listing of what we cannot take.
Do I have to be home for the pickup?
No. Just leave your donation outside your front door or garage door
How do the charities benefit from my donation?
Some charities sell the collected donations in their thrift stores, consignment and/or resale operators. The resulting revenue is used to fund their important programs and services. Other items are directly distributed to those in need such as food, clothing, ect…
What is your role?
We provide trucking and fundraising services on behalf of charitable organizations in the central Florida area. We pick up your donations. The items are processed by us and distributed through our ever expanding network of local charities.
How do the charities benefit?
By utilizing our dedicated services and trucking expertise, our charity partners save on the high cost of both soliciting donations (by mail or phone) and making the pickups themselves … and instead can focus on their mission and programs.
How are you different from other such services?
We allow donors to schedule their own pickup as well as choose which charity to benefit whenever they have items to donate … and not wait for a post card to arrive in the mail or someone to call them. We accept nearly anything as a donation.
Do you take furniture or large appliances?
We take it all!
Where should I place my donations?
Whatever location will be clearly visible to our driver from the street is most preferred. Depending on your neighborhood (or street), this could be curbside, by the front door, on the front porch or on the driveway. Also be sure to label each item with “DONATE”, and have your donations available for pickup by 7:00am on the scheduled pickup day.
Do you pickup from clothing drives or after estate or garage sales?
Yes … anything that is reusable. Please contact us and provide us with whatever information you may have (event type; location/address; potential quantity) and we will respond back ASAP with confirmation.
Can my item be picked up today?
Yes, We can make special accommodations when/where such a need and the quantity of donations dictate. To inquire about a possible “special” pickup, please email us HERE
If the weather is really bad, should I still put out my donations?
Yes! We provide donation pickup service rain or shine! When bad weather does occur, please try to protect your donations (e.g., put them in plastic bags).
